We had an Internet outage at our home due to a lightning strike on our home from storms in the area. It was no problem reporting the outage and there was quick response from the repairman. The repairman was very courteous, efficient, and cordial. He quickly evaluated the problem and made the repair.

Today the next link Repairman called and gave me a time that he would be here. Well he got here 15 minutes early, and he talked about the issue, then he went to work, he fixed the system and refused to come out of the heat. Extremely kind and very organized. His name is Calyb Farmer. Very impressive young man. I'm very satisfied with next link. And thanks Calyb for helping.

You sent out a repairman to fix their initial installers mess ups and wouldn't have even known if it wasn't for the wind storm that we had out here that turned our antenna and this gentleman works so hard out in the heat after issue after issue after issue and he got us going and he was so respectful so polite and he was just a real go-getter and I have the highest respect for anybody that commits to his work in that category too many people these days too many children these days are working and they are wanting a check without the work this gentleman it was not like that at all he earned every penny that he had made that day and quite honestly if I was his boss and I knew what kind of work he did I definitely give him a bonus or a raise I wish I could remember his name but as long as you keep people like that on your team I will never ever trade service with anybody

Never had a problem until you find someone cheaper that provides faster Internet, then they don’t want to deal with you. When I initially signed up, they said they would price lock for three years, Not a three-year contract.! Wrong!!! Now they want $400 if I decide to go with someone cheaper! Please avoid this company at all cost. So many other options available, depending on your area, that is way cheaper and with NO contracts! For instance, currently Rise, Formally Rise Broadband has no contracts and a FOREVER locked in rate of $50 per month as long as I keep that plan. Also, I am a business owner, which rates are typically higher, but not currently with Rise. So I switched and currently have to deal with getting a lawyer involved in order to eliminate the $400 contract fee. Well, worth it in my opinion ! Will update this post once resolved.

Next link internet is by far the best customer service in an internet business that I've ever experienced to date. Today I had a tech named Jarrad "Sonny" Maryboy come to my home for a service call to repair a dish tower on my roof and reconnect my internet. He was great, efficient, and very professional. He was very patient and respectful making the appointment most pleasant. Nextlink is lucky to have Jarrad on their team. Very impressed with nextlink yet again
